Notes:
(a) $250 security deposit for 4 persons or less. Groups more than 4: $100 per person.
(b) 2 night minimum stay
(c) 3 night minimum stay in July, August and following holidays: MLK weekend, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Dec 17-29. Shorter stays accepted when available or within 30 days of arrival.
(d) A weekend is Friday / Saturday night and must be rented together, unless reservation is for 4 or more days or one of the nights is not available.
(e) No cleaning charge applies if the cabin is left the way it was found.
(f) 4WD or chains are needed when there is snow. The roads are in very good condition year-round and kept clear in winter, but the short steep driveways to the cabin can be slippery.
(g) Smoking is allowed outside only. Non-smoking inside policy is strictly enforced.
(h) Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
(i) Children 2 and under stay for free if sleeping with parents.
(j) Arrival time is after 4:00 PM, Departure time is 11:00 AM.
