Notes:

(a) Reservations can be made with a nonrefundable 25% deposit payable by check or Visa/Master Card. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival and is also payable by check or Visa/Master Card.

(b) Directions, cabin information and confirmation letter with keysafe code will be mailed to you after the reservation is made. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. To make a reservation, please read our policies then submit this form or call 206 388-4621.

(c) Cancellations and re-schedules may be accepted up to 30 days before the first day of your scheduled stay. If a cancellation or re-schedule is made with less notice, there is no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin for the same period, in which case we will refund 90% of the days that are rebooked. The deposit can be credited to a future reservation. All reservation changes must be acknowledged by Foss River Lodge in writing.
